When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and district/zone — needed to deliver your order and contact you about it. We do not collect payment card or bank details, since HubBangladesh only accepts Cash on Delivery.

When you create an account: your name, email or phone number, and a securely hashed password.

When you browse the site: we use cookies/local storage to remember your cart, wishlist, and light/dark theme preference on your device.

We use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioral analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are visited, where people click, and how far they scroll. This helps us fix confusing pages and improve the shopping experience. Clarity may record anonymized session activity (clicks, scrolling, page views); it does not collect payment information, and any text you type into sensitive fields is masked before it leaves your browser.
